Ingredients:
- 2 mackerel
- 4 Art. l of soy sauce
- 1/4 lemon peel
- 1 Art. l. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. sugar without bitter
- lemon pepper to taste
Preparation:
Clean the mackerel, cut off the head and fins. Remove all the entrails and wash the fish under running water. It is better to do this when she is not too cold yet. Cut into fillets. Then cut each fillet in half. For the marinade, mix soy sauce, sugar, coriander, lemon zest and juice, lemon pepper.
