Girls, these are more interesting pancakes than classic ones, now I only make these! It takes me about 10 minutes to prepare!
Ingredients:
- egg - 1 pc.
- sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
- salt - 0,5 tsp.
- kefir (2,5%) - 500 ml
- oil - 2 tbsp. l.
- flour - 400 g
- soda - 2/3 tsp.
- apples - 3 pcs.
- oil - for frying
Preparation:
I break the egg into a bowl, add sugar and salt, mix everything thoroughly with a fork. Then I add kefir, oil, pour in flour and soda. Mix everything until smooth. I cut the peeled apples into small cubes, mix with the dough.
I heat a frying pan with a small amount of oil. I put a tablespoon of dough into the pan.
I fry them on both sides for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. From this amount of ingredients, I got about 25 fritters. The fritters can be prepared in the morning or in the afternoon for a quick snack.
