Poland has introduced new rules for Ukrainian carriers, who must now register their routes in the RMPD system (Road Transport Monitoring Register) and ensure that geolocation is enabled during cargo transportation.
This will allow Polish customs authorities to track cargo movements in real time. Disabling geolocation or failure to register may be considered a violation, leading to transport delays and fines.

The new requirements are aimed at combating smuggling and complying with EU customs legislation.
In case of violation, a number of sanctions are provided:
- Detention of the vehicle to clarify the circumstances.
- Fines, the amount of which depends on the nature of the violation and the volume of the cargo.
- In case of serious or repeated violations, the carrier may be temporarily banned from entering Poland.
The RMPD system is mandatory for all carriers planning to cross the Polish border. Registration of transport is carried out via the PUESC platform, which provides customs and tax electronic services.
