Fay Gable and Robert Wenrich met because he was her older brothers best friend. According to the woman, Robert told them he would marry her one day.

And so it happened - they fell in love and got married in November 1951. The couple had four children, but Fay and Robert divorced in 1975 for reasons they declined to discuss.

Later, both remarried and lived with their chosen ones for many years, until their partners died. However, relatives say Gable and Wenrich have always had a good relationship and often attended family functions together. They recently decided it was time to get married again.

"They are like two teenagers in love. They do everything together," said the couple's youngest daughter, Carol Smith. She recalled her father's words: "He said, 'She was the first love of my life. I never thought I could get her back. And now that it's happened, I'm wasting no time."

In December, Wenrich turned 94, and his beloved turned 89. They have 14 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and two great-great-twin grandchildren, and Gable has two stepsons.
