Ladies, these pies always turn out fluffy, with soft dough and a very juicy filling! I don't use yeast and this is the best recipe!
Ingredients:
Dough:
- Kefir 500 ml.
- Sour cream 20% 1 tbsp.
- Egg yolks 2 pc.
- Oil 50 ml.
- Salt 2 tsp.
- Sugar 30 g
- Flour 750-800 g
- Soda 1 tsp
Toppings:
- Minced meat (I used mixed) 600 g
- Onion 2-3 pcs.
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Preparation:
Toppings:
I add onion chopped in a blender to the minced meat, not pureed, or you can chop it in the usual way. Then salt and pepper to taste, mix well. I leave it for a few minutes.
Dough:
I warm the room temperature kefir a little. I add sour cream to it, mix thoroughly. I add the egg yolks, along with the oil. I add salt and sugar, sift half of the flour, mix, add soda, then another part of the flour and mix again.
Next, I knead the dough on the table, gradually adding the remaining flour, making sure that the dough remains slightly sticky. I add a tablespoon of oil to the dough and knead it thoroughly again. I leave the dough under the film for 15 minutes to rest.
After resting, I divide the dough into 25 pieces of 60 g each. I stretch each piece with my hands into a flat cake, put the filling in the center, and form a bag.
After that, I flip it over and press it lightly to make the pie flatter.
I put the patties in a frying pan with heated oil, seam side down. Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.
The pies turn out fluffy, with a soft and very pleasant-tasting dough. I wish you a pleasant appetite!
