I prepared a very tasty salad spread! And now I will make it even for a holiday, even for every day, it will help in any situation!
Ingredients:
- loaf or baguette
- 3-4 cloves of garlic.
- canned fish 1 pc.
- boiled egg whites 4 pcs.
- processed cheese 100 g
- 1 boiled carrot
- salt and pepper to taste
- mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
Preparation:
Cut the loaf or baguette into pieces and fry in oil on both sides until golden. Then I dip garlic cloves in salt and rub pieces of bread.
Mash canned fish with a fork until smooth in a deep bowl.
On a grater, I grate boiled egg whites (yolks are not used in this recipe), melted cottage cheese, and boiled carrots. I rub 3 cloves of garlic on a fine grater. Pepper, salt to taste. I add mayonnaise and mix.
Spread the spread on pieces of bread, delicious!
