
The new FIAT Panda has gone on sale in Europe. The fourth generation of the model has undergone radical changes and for the first time received an electric modification. This was reported on the official website of the Stellantis concern, writes Avtodream.
The model is now called the FIAT Grande Panda, as it has become significantly larger – 3,99 m long. Now it is a cross-hatchback with increased ground clearance and plastic body kit. The car is distinguished by a faceted design and has original pixel headlights.
The interior of the FIAT Grande Panda has become more spacious, and the trunk volume has increased to 361 liters. Two 10,25-inch displays are installed on the front panel.
The new FIAT Grande Panda is built on the Smart Car Platform architecture, meaning it is a sibling of the Citroen C3. It also borrows a 113-horsepower electric system with a 44 kWh battery.
The FIAT Grande Panda electric car can accelerate to 100 km/h in 11 seconds and reach a top speed of 132 km/h. Its range is 320 km.
The price of the FIAT Grande Panda in electric version starts at 25 euros.
It is available in one La Prima version with climate control, camera, parking sensors, navigation, adaptive cruise control, a suite of safety systems and wireless smartphone charging.
