Why is this casserole an alternative to meatballs? Because minced meat is made like meatballs, and there is twice as much trouble.

To prepare cutlet mince, you need the following products:
Stuffing - 500 g
White bread - 100 g
Milk - 150-200 g
Egg - 1-2 pcs.
Onion - 1 pc.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Salt, ground black pepper - to your taste
Cut stale white bread into slices and cover with milk. When it softens, mash with your hands and beat in the eggs. Add minced meat, finely chopped onion and garlic, salt and pepper. Mix everything.
Grease a baking dish with oil or other fat, pour in the minced meat, level with a spoon and cover with foil. Bake for 0,5 hours at a temperature of 180 degrees.
The dish is delicious both hot (like meatballs) and cold (reminiscent of homemade sausage).
