President-elect Donald Trump spoke about his priorities in his first week in the White House.

He shared this in a Sunday interview with NBC News, Ukrinform reports.

He said he planned to sign a "record" number of executive orders, engage in mass deportations of immigrants, and visit Los Angeles to survey the damage from wildfires.

According to Trump, the inauguration ceremony will take place inside the Capitol building, rather than outside as usual, due to the expected frost.

The theme of his inaugural address will be "unity and strength, and the word justice."

"Because you have to treat people fairly. You can't just say, oh, everything will be great. You know, we've been through hell for four years with these people. And so, you know, something has to be done about it... You can't let that happen, and we shouldn't let that happen," he explained.

During the phone interview, Trump's youngest son, Barron, joined him. The president-elect praised him, noting that he played an important role in his work on the Internet.

"He was very good," Trump said, adding that his son introduced him to people he had never heard of before. "It's a new wave. And he was very helpful," he noted.

Trump reiterated that mass deportations of illegal immigrants would be a priority for him. He did not name a specific date or city where they would begin, but noted that it would happen soon.

“It will start very early, very quickly,” he stressed. “I can’t say which cities, because the situation is changing. And I don’t think we want to say which city. You will see it with your own eyes. We have to get the criminals out of our country. And I think you will agree with that. I don’t know how you can disagree with that.”

Trump said he has not determined how many executive orders he will sign immediately after taking office, but believes it will be a "record" number.

When asked if he meant "more than a hundred," he replied, "Well, at least in this category."

Regarding the expected ban on TikTok in the United States if China does not sell it to a foreign buyer, Trump said he was considering delaying it for 90 days.

"I think that's certainly an option that we'll look at," he said. "A 90-day extension is something that looks like it's going to be done because it's appropriate. You know, it's appropriate. We have to look at it carefully. It's a very big situation. If I decide to do it, I'll probably announce it on Monday."
