The Winter eSupport program has been running for a month and a half. Almost half of the application users have already applied to Diia to receive funds.
This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to “Diya”.
“In a month and a half, almost half of all Diya users applied for Winter e-Support. Almost 2,5 million Ukrainians received payments for children,” the report says.
In total, 10 million Ukrainians applied for help in the "Action". Of these,:
- internally displaced persons – 14% of applications;
- women – 68% of all applications.

The project “Winter eSupport”, which is also popularly called “Zelensky’s thousand”, was developed by the Ministry of Economy with the participation of the Ministry of Digital Economy and the Ministry of Social Policy. The project participants are JSC “Ukrposhta”, the technical administrator of the information system, individuals, a settlement bank, and authorized banks.
The funds, in the amount of 1000 UAH, can be spent on bonds and donated to the army, utilities, hospitals, education, transportation, mobile communications, insurance, Ukrainian books, and medicines from the "National Cashback" program.
There are still a month and a half left until the end of the program. The received thousand must be spent by December 31, 2025.
