  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream

Wash the beef liver, remove the film and excess fat. Cut into the desired pieces, preferably not too small, so that the liver keeps its shape.

Pour boiling water and leave for 3-5 minutes.

Fry 2 onions and 2 cloves of garlic in oil until soft.
