At the same time, she recalled, significant doses of caffeine cause adverse reactions in some people - for example, increased feelings of anxiety, upset stomach. They should carefully control the amount of coffee they drink.

Also, to protect against heart disease and early death, the specialist advised to perform regular exercises - this habit reduces the probability of developing type 2 diabetes by 50 percent, the risk of coronary heart disease and stroke by 35 percent.
