The Apulia region in southern Italy is looking to increase its population. Those who buy a house there are given a generous bonus.
Families will also be paid extra for the birth of a child. The Mirror writes about it.
Puglia invites new residents
The region will pay 30 euros to those who move to Puglia as a family and purchase real estate there. And for those who decide to "put down roots" and give birth to a child, as a bonus, the local government will pay an additional 000 euros for a newborn.
However, in order to receive these bonuses, it is necessary to purchase a house in Puglia and register it as your main residence.
It is worth noting that Apulia is one of the most developed regions of Italy, which is located in the south of the country. It is washed by the waters of the Adriatic Sea in the east, and the Ionian Sea in the southwest.
This region is characterized by a Mediterranean climate. In the summer, the sun burns steadily, providing temperatures over 30°C. The temperature rarely drops below 11 °C in winter there.
