Charlotka is one of the most favorite sweet dishes. Its advantage is quick preparation. This recipe is not based on the preparation of liquid dough, which is poured with apples. It is based on dry bread. Interesting? Try to cook it yourself.
Ingredients
You will need the following:
- crushed dry bread - 1 tbsp.;
- apples - 6 pcs.;
- margarine - 2 tablespoons;
- dry white wine - ⅓ tbsp.;
- raisins - 2 tablespoons;
- sugar - 3-4 tablespoons;
- powdered sugar;
- cinnamon;
- grated bread roll;
- butter.
How to cook
Bread should be soaked in wine with cinnamon, 1 spoon of sugar and raisins. Mix thoroughly. Grease the baking form with a piece of butter and sprinkle with crumbs of grated bread.
Apples should be washed, peeled and seeded. Cut into pieces and cover with the remaining sugar.
Margarine must be melted. Put ⅔ of the bread mass on the bottom of the mold, grease with half of the melted margarine. Place the apples and cover them with the rest of the bread dough. Drizzle with the remaining margarine.
Send to the oven for 30 minutes. The temperature should be 220 degrees. Sprinkle hot charlotte with powdered sugar. It can be served both hot and cold. Bon appetit!
