A very beautiful and delicious French cake with peaches and caramel! I found this recipe and now it is my favorite, because it is very simple and tasty!

Ingredients:

  • 800 g of peaches

Caramel:

  • 100 g of sugar
  • 20 g of soft butter
  • 100 ml. water
  • 30 ml. water + 1 tsp. l. corn starch

Dough:

  • 1 egg
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 10 g of vanilla sugar
  • 100 ml of oil
  • 2 Art. l. natural yogurt
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 300 g flour
  • 10 g of baking powder
  • coconut shavings

Preparation:

Caramel:

In a saucepan, melt the sugar to a liquid state. Add soft butter, stir until dissolved. I pour water and mix. In a separate bowl, I mix the starch with water, pour it into the pan and mix.

In a mold with a diameter of 26 cm, I put pieces of peaches. I pour caramel.

Dough:

I mix the egg with sugar, vanilla sugar, and oil. I add yogurt and mix. I add lemon peel, pour flour, baking powder and knead the dough. I put it on parchment.




I cover with the second parchment and carefully roll out the dough into a round layer, approximately the diameter of the mold.

I put the dough in the form, hide the edges behind the sides. I bake in an oven heated to 170-180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.

I take the cake out of the oven, turn it over on a plate, decorate it with coconut sugar, it's delicious!
