Fico declared that he was "not a Ukrainian servant" and threatened to veto EU aid to Ukraine.
In his address, he stated that Slovak deputies who came to Kyiv on January 17 "kissed Zelensky's ring" and allegedly promised him support for Ukraine's membership in NATO if they came to power.
The Slovak prime minister said he planned to "respond" to the suspension of Russian gas transit by threatening to veto further EU aid to Kyiv. He also added: "Robert Fico is a Slovak prime minister, not a Ukrainian servant."
