Store-bought sweets are tasty, but not very healthy. And if the problem were solely in sugar, then you could simply eat less. But there are also a bunch of other incomprehensible ingredients. So it is not useful for either adults or children. And therefore, if you want some dessert to go with coffee or tea, it is better to prepare it yourself. Especially since they are often not inferior in taste to expensive store-bought sweets, and cost much less.
A wonderful treat for tea is coconut cookies. They are so easy to make that even a child can handle it. You only need 4 ingredients. And their calorie content is not very high, so you can make these cookies almost every day. They only take 5 minutes of active work, and about 25 minutes to bake.

First, whisk 2 eggs with 80 g of sugar and a pinch of salt. If you want it to be easier to whip, you can use powdered sugar instead of regular sugar. Beat for about 2 minutes. Then add 170 g of coconut flakes to the bowl and mix well until smooth.
From the resulting mass, small balls are formed and placed on a baking sheet covered with parchment. The cookies are baked at a temperature of 180°C for 20-25 minutes. It is important to monitor the color - the finished cookies should be slightly golden, but not brown.
For variety, you can make several variations of the cookies. For example, add a tablespoon of cocoa. Then the taste will feel a chocolate note. Or dip the finished cookies halfway into melted chocolate, which will make the dessert even more similar to the “Bounty”. Vanilla extract or lemon zest can be added for flavor.

An interesting option is cookies with filling. To do this, make a small indentation in each ball and put a piece of chocolate or chopped nuts there (almonds are especially good). You can also experiment with sugar, replacing it with brown or coconut, which will give the dessert a special flavor.
