Original Cowboy Salad: Step-by-Step Recipe

But we decided to offer to prepare a meat-free version. Instead, only vegetables and legumes will be used.

Ingredients for Cowboy Salad:
- 100 g of boiled beans;
- 100 g of boiled beans (can be canned);
- 100 g of canned corn;
- 1 bulb;
- 2 sweet peppers (you can take red and yellow, but this is not essential);
- 1 large tomato;
- a bunch of cilantro (you can replace it with parsley, it will also be tasty).
Ingredients for dressing:
- 100 g of vegetable oil (for example, olive oil);
- 50 g of white wine vinegar;
- 1 Art. l. sugar;
- 1 tsp. salt;
- 1/2 tsp paprika.

Step 1
Cut the onion into half rings.

Cut the tomatoes into slices.

Chop the cilantro.

Add corn, beans, and lentils to the prepared products.
