The BMW iX, a large electric crossover, has received its first major update since its debut in 2021. The restyling brought changes to the exterior, interior, as well as increased power and range, writes Autopilot.

As Motor1 reports, the updated iX has received modernized optics in the style of the 4 Series, a new radiator grille with backlighting and wheels with a diameter of up to 23 inches. M Sport and M Sport Pro sports packages are now available for basic trim levels.

BMW has also revised the iX model range. The base iX xDrive45 now has 408 hp and a 94,8 kWh battery, providing a range of up to 602 km. The mid-range iX xDrive60 has 544 hp and can travel up to 701 km on a single charge. The top-of-the-line iX M70 xDrive has become even more powerful – 659 hp, and its range has increased to 600 km.

The updated BMW iX will go on sale in spring 2025 and will be available in key markets such as the US, UK and Germany. The price in Germany will start at 83 euros.
