Today we are preparing an apple pie, where there will be more apples than dough. The result is a moist, tender and melt-in-the-mouth cake with a creamy taste. Pure pleasure.
For cooking you need:
- 2 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
- 100 ml of milk
- 20 g butter
- lemon zest 1
- 80 g of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 4-5 apples
- Juice of 1/2 lemon.
Preparation:
- Mix the eggs, add sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat to a thick white mass.
- Pour milk and melted butter.
- Add lemon zest and beat the mass well.
- Add flour and baking powder, beat again.
- Peel the apples, cut them in half. Grate the apple on a grater for slices or cut it by hand.
- Mix apples and dough. We put the mass in a mold (18 cm) and send it to bake for 40-45 minutes (180).
- Let the cake cool, then sprinkle with powder and enjoy the wonderful taste. Bon appetit!
