More apples than dough: an apple pie recipe that turns out especially delicious

Today we are preparing an apple pie, where there will be more apples than dough. The result is a moist, tender and melt-in-the-mouth cake with a creamy taste. Pure pleasure.

For cooking you need:

  • 2 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 20 g butter
  • lemon zest 1
  • 80 g of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 4-5 apples
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon.

Preparation:

  1. Mix the eggs, add sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat to a thick white mass.
  2. Pour milk and melted butter.
  3. Add lemon zest and beat the mass well.
  4. Add flour and baking powder, beat again.
  5. Peel the apples, cut them in half. Grate the apple on a grater for slices or cut it by hand.
  6. Mix apples and dough. We put the mass in a mold (18 cm) and send it to bake for 40-45 minutes (180).
