
I cook this pie with cheese very quickly, it turns out incredibly tender and very tasty, moderately sweet. The shortbread simply melts in your mouth, and the cheese filling is the most delicate and fragrant, which is impossible to resist. I advise you to cook!
Ingredients:
Dough:
- Flour - 280 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- Eggs - 1 pcs.
- Sour cream - 1-2 tbsp. l.
Toppings:
- Sour milk cheese 9% - 380 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 140 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- Cream - 200 d
- Corn starch - 2 tbsp. l.
- Canned peach 150 g
Preparation:
Dough:
I rub cold butter into the flour on a grater and turn it into crumbs with my hands. I add salt, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, mix. I add egg and sour cream and knead the dough. I put it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Toppings:
I add an egg, sugar, vanilla sugar to the cheese, beat with a blender until smooth. I add sour cream, starch and mix with a spatula.
In a mold with a diameter of 22 cm, I put parchment on the bottom, spread all the dough, forming sides. I pour in part of the curd mass, spread the canned peaches on top.
Pour the second part of the cheese mass. I bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for about 45-50 minutes.
