Ingredients
The following components are required for the soup:
- water - 400 ml;
- dried porcini mushrooms - 25 g;
- boiled or fried beef - 100 g;
- fresh cucumbers - 80 g;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- sour cream - 50 g;
- green onion - 20 g;
- greenery;
- salt pepper;
- sugar;
- lemon juice.
How to cook
Start cooking by processing dried mushrooms. Pour boiling water over them and cover with cold water. Let stand for 2 hours. Then boil the mushrooms until soft. Strain the mushroom broth, and chop the mushrooms.
Cut the meat into oblong strips. Cucumber should be cut in the same way.
Cook in a hard-boiled egg. Rub the yolk through a sieve, combine with sour cream, salt, sugar, lemon juice. Add porcini mushroom broth and mix everything.
