If you have not yet prepared such a spread, then definitely do it. Garlic spread is delicious with croutons for any first course and as a separate snack. Do not be afraid of a sharp smell, like from fresh garlic.

Take two or three heads of garlic, remove the top and cut it.
Place on parchment and pour oil (20 ml per 1 head), salt to your taste.
Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
Squeeze the baked garlic out of the shell. After that, mash with a fork to a homogeneous mass. Add butter (soft): take up to 1 g for 50 garlic clove.
The spread is ready, serve with croutons and enjoy!
