Planning a "hot" evening? Check the dinner menu and get rid of those foods that have a bad effect on libido!
We have all heard of aphrodisiacs - products that increase sexual desire. But there are also anaphrosics that can seriously reduce not only libido, but also potency. And if you don't want the romantic evening to end before it begins, refrain from dinner containing these foods and drinks.
Saturated fats
Any foods that are deep-fried and high in fat or fried oil should be eaten as rarely as possible and should definitely be avoided if you have big sexual plans. Saturated fats contribute to clogging of arteries, impaired blood circulation and weight gain, and all this, in turn, can provoke the development of erectile dysfunction.
Fatty acids
Foods rich in useful Omega-3 fatty acids — oily fish, olive oil and olives, avocados, and nuts — have a positive effect on sexual function. But those products that contain a lot of omega-6 fatty acids (sunflower, corn, and even soybean oil), as well as trace fats, significantly reduce this function. Keep in mind when making a menu for the evening!
Table salt
We should all monitor our salt intake: according to the WHO, most adults in developed countries regularly exceed the safe level of sodium by several times. This can lead to a violation of the heart and blood vessels, the formation of kidney stones, as well as a decrease in libido. So give up the salty one if you plan a non-boring night!
Alcohol
Contrary to popular opinion, alcohol does not contribute to good sex at all - rather, everything goes exactly the opposite. Firstly, alcohol lowers the testosterone level in men and increases the estrogen level, which has a bad effect on sexual function. And, secondly, alcohol is a depressant, and if you use it regularly and in large quantities, it will invariably lead to a significant decrease in libido.
Sugar
The more sugar we eat, the more insulin insulin is forced to produce — and the less testosterone it produces. As a result, this leads to a decrease in male potency and a drop in libido.
