Salted fish is a very tasty snack or addition to breakfasts and snacks. We offer you a recipe that is very simple and easy to prepare at home.
How to cook
Cut the salmon along the spine to remove it. Clean the fish. You can pull out extra bones if you want.
Now take a deep bowl. Pour 1 tbsp. salt and a little sugar. Lay out the fish. Sprinkle salt (2 tablespoons) and sugar (1 tablespoon) on top again. Next, layer the fish in a similar way. At the end, cover with a lid and put in the refrigerator for 15-17 hours.
After the salting is finished, remove the remaining salt and cut the fish into portions. Bon appetit!
