Pumpkin is not only a useful autumn vegetable, but also a source of vitamin A, which strengthens the immune system and supports the health of the skin. To preserve its beneficial properties, it is important to choose the right cooking method.

Ingredients:

  • 1 small pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Herbs (rosemary, thyme) as desired

To begin with, peel the pumpkin from the skin and seeds, cut it into small pieces. Place on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and add some herbs. Bake at 180°C for 20-30 minutes until the pumpkin becomes soft and golden.
