Preparation:
Wash, dry and clean the mackerel well. Then add salt, pepper, pour generously with lemon juice. Make 3-4 incisions and insert a lemon cut into half circles into them.
Remember the chopped greens and put the sliced garlic on top of the fish. Put the mackerel in a baking dish covered with parchment and put it in the oven heated to 200 degrees. Bake for no more than 30 minutes. Serve with rice or vegetable salad. Do not forget to pour lemon juice over the finished fish. Bon appetit!
