Ingredients:
1,5 kg of belly fat

Preparation:
Wash and dry the underbelly, salt, pepper, squeeze the garlic and rub well on all sides. Finely break the bay leaf and sprinkle it over the belly. Put in a mold with a lid and leave in the refrigerator to marinate overnight. remove from the refrigerator one hour before baking.
Wrap the pork belly in two layers of foil and bake in an oven heated to 120 degrees for 1,5 hours. After that, unfold the foil, set the temperature to 200 degrees and keep the belly in the oven for another 5-7 minutes so that it browns. Bon appetit!
