Stuffed mushrooms are a simple and well-known, but very tasty snack that can become a real decoration of the table. They are prepared quickly, and you can choose the filling to your taste. Did you know that mushrooms contain a lot of protein and antioxidants that strengthen immunity?
Ingredients:
- 500 g of large mushrooms
- 200 g chicken
- 1 bulb
- 100 g hard sir
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to cook:
First, prepare the mushrooms: remove the stems, leaving only the caps. Finely chop the legs. Fry the chopped legs with finely chopped onions on medium heat until golden. Add the finely chopped chicken fillet, continue frying until the meat is ready, add salt and pepper. When the filling cools down a little, add sour cream and mix.
Fill the mushroom caps with the prepared filling. Place on a baking sheet greased with oil and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in an oven heated to 180°C for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese melts and turns golden.
