It is believed that an omelet should be cooked with a minimum amount of fillers, for example, sausage or vegetables, otherwise it will not turn out lush.

But you can prepare a crispy and juicy omelet, which will not be inferior in taste to the classic one and at the same time will delight gourmets with its magnificent shape.

The main thing is to know how to put the ingredients on the pan.

For cooking you need:

  • eggs;
  • milk;
  • vegetables and greens (to taste);
  • sausage;
  • cheese.

Method of cooking

  • To begin with, you need to grate the cheese.
  • Beat the eggs next. You can do this with a fork or a whisk. Then add milk, salt and pepper.
  • Cut the vegetables and chop the greens. As for meat products, everything is up to you.
  • Next, heat the pan with oil and spread the cheese.
  • As soon as the grated cheese melts, you need to pour the beaten eggs.
  • When the mixture begins to set, you need to put ham and/or vegetables and greens on one half of the omelette, if you wish, you can add cheese again.
  • After that, fold the omelette in half so that a semicircle with the filling inside turns out. A couple of minutes - and the dish is ready!

Bon appetit!
