Ingredients:
1 kg of peeled pumpkin
1 bulb
3 cloves of garlic
200 g of cream 20-30%
1 liters of water or broth
Butter
Salt pepper
Nutmeg
Preparation:
Take a pan with a thick bottom, fry the chopped onion and crushed garlic in oil, add the pumpkin and stir-fry for 10 minutes.
Stir fry for 10 minutes.
Pour in water or broth and cook for 15 minutes. Purée the soup with a blender. Add cream, salt and pepper, add nutmeg.
You can prepare in advance for serving your choice: fried pieces of chicken or bacon, croutons, shrimp, your favorite cheese, pumpkin seeds. Bon appetit!
