Cauliflower is a frequent guest on our table. It is mostly fried in a pan, but it is no less tasty when baked. If you cook it so that it has a crispy crust, cauliflower will be a hit.
Ingredients
You need the following products:
- cauliflower - 1 pc.;
- eggs - 2-3 pcs.;
- breadcrumbs;
- Parmesan;
- salt, pepper, paprika, dried garlic.
How to cook
Cabbage should be washed and divided into florets. Boil it in salted water for 3-4 minutes.
Make the breading. For this, you need to mix spices, breadcrumbs and grated cheese. Beat the eggs separately with a pinch of salt.
Dip the cauliflower florets in the egg, and then in the breading mixture. Transfer to a baking sheet. Cabbage should be baked at a temperature of 190-200 degrees for about 20 minutes. A golden crust will be a sign of readiness. Bon appetit!
