Enamelware tolerates cleaning with abrasives well.
If you didn't keep track and the jam burned, then don't rush to rub off the soot with a scraper or a metal sponge.
So you risk spoiling the enamel and completely spoiling the dishes.
Details
Be patient and try to solve the problem using simple ways to remove traces of caked-on jam with simple remedies.
Edible salt
To return the pan to its original appearance, pour approximately 300-400 g of salt on the bottom of the pan and add a little clean warm water.
Leave the pan to soak for 4-6 hours. Check how much of the soot has come off, try to gently rub it with a sponge. You can also put a pot on the fire and boil water with salt in it.
Citric acid
To clean burnt areas, use lemon juice or citric acid. Sprinkle citric acid on the burned areas and leave for several hours.
After the procedure, clean the pan with a sponge and detergent.
Vinegar
Pour 200 ml of vinegar into the pan and let it soak for 2-3 hours, then rub and clean the pan with a brush.
