Apple cookies are an alternative to the famous Charlotte cake. Only cookies are prepared much faster and easier. The dough is kneaded on the basis of butter and eggs. After baking, it turns out sandy and crispy on top, while soft inside. Sour apples go well with sweet dough. The cookies look quite original and appetizing.
Ingredients:
- Flour 350 g
- Chicken egg 2 pcs
- Sugar 100 g
- Butter 100 g
- Apple 400 g
- Baking powder 10 g
Preparation:
Beat two eggs in a deep container, pour sugar. Beat the eggs with sugar using a mixer until a lush foam appears.
Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft. Add the softened butter to the egg mixture. Once again beat it with a blender until the oil dissolves as much as possible. Mix flour with baking powder, sift through a sieve, add to the composition in small portions. Use your hands to knead a soft, elastic dough that does not stick to your hands.
Set the dough aside, meanwhile prepare the filling. Remove the skin and seeds from the apples, cut them into medium cubes, add them to the dough.
Thoroughly mix the dough with the apples so that all the pieces are covered with the dough.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon the dough onto the baking sheet in small mounds spaced apart as they will increase in size.
Place the blanks in the oven, bake the cookies for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Serve the finished cookies on the table. It is delicious both warm and after cooling. If desired, sprinkle the cookies with powdered sugar.
