Russian dictator Vladimir Putin's speech about the Oreshnyk missile was not a direct inclusion. The corresponding video was made in advance and carefully edited to instill fear.
This is the opinion of former head of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan, former national security advisor to the President of Kazakhstan, General Alnur Musayev. He notes that in the video of the leader of the Kremlin, facial expressions and pronunciation were corrected by artificial intelligence.
As the general says, Putin is currently scared of his own future, and has been in this state for quite some time. That is why he makes threats.
"This is his speech about "Oreshnyk". This video is processed by artificial intelligence and very carefully processed down to the facial expressions, to the pronunciation of the smallest moments. That is, this is a purely propaganda video aimed at making the enemy feel fear," Mr. Musayev noted.

The general added that the specified video is not the only one.
"A whole series of such actions was taken in connection with Oreshnyk - Zakharova's speech with a speakerphone, many other preparatory things in order to make the most of this blow to Oreshnik in terms of propaganda," he said .
This is the proof that Putin is scared, the general emphasized.
"Putin is still in fear of his future. He perfectly understands and sees that the attack on Ukraine in 2022 and the hot phase of the war is his deepest mistake. He perfectly understands this, as well as the fact that the consequences will be terrible for him, even to the point of death," Mr. Musaev noted.
