We are used to the fact that the recipe for cutlets is, by and large, standard: minced meat, bread, onion, egg, salt.

If you like to experiment in the kitchen and delight your family with unusual food, then you definitely need to prepare cutlets according to this recipe.
What products will be needed:
- half a kilo of minced pork (it is fattier and more aromatic);
- a small pod of hot pepper;
- a piece of cheese (100 g);
- 100 g of bacon;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- paprika, black pepper and salt to taste;
- olive oil for frying.
How to cook:
Transfer the minced meat into a convenient container and gradually add the other ingredients. By the way, in this recipe, all components must be finely chopped, even hard cheese.
Mix the meat, cheese, bacon, chili, garlic, salt and spices, wrap the bowl with minced meat in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
After that, we mold small and not thick patties.
Heat the pan, pour olive oil and fry for literally 5 minutes on both sides.
To get rid of excess fat, first put it on a paper napkin.
