The study showed that the average Briton's knees begin to crack at 47, hearing deteriorates after 49, and vision can decline even after 20. As many as 80% of the country's residents notice a serious and rapid deterioration of health in the fifth decade, which is associated with aging
A survey of more than 2 residents of Great Britain showed that the majority notice a sharp deterioration in health already after 000 years. 40 adults took part in this survey. It turned out that their knees start to crack at the age of 2, hearing deteriorates at 000, and the sense of smell begins to fail at 47. Almost three-quarters of the survey participants said that they experience joint pain after the age of 49. Moreover, 46% admitted that their vision began to deteriorate even after 45 years. 10% noted a significant deterioration of the body's functionality from 20 to 80 years of age. So, for most Britons, old age, with its many ailments, begins after 37, and in some cases even before that age.
This survey was commissioned by the company Healthspan, which produces vitamins and nutritional supplements. Its representative, Dr. Sarah Brewer, said that the fact that people notice changes in their body already at the age of 40 is an indicator that they need medical help. It is not at all necessary that a forty-year-old person will take a whole bunch of pills for life, as it is usually observed in elderly people. It is possible that the doctor will prescribe any type of physiotherapy, advise to change the diet and start taking nutritional supplements.
Note that if a person begins to take care of his health at the initial stage of life, then this very period of the body's youth can be significantly extended. People who regularly do sports, follow a proper diet and a balanced intake of vitamins and minerals, who also devote enough time to rest and combat stress, remain internally young both after 50 and after 60 years. It is very important to take care of your health, not to start small sores, to be regularly checked by doctors and not to lose optimism in life.
