I am preparing a very tasty quick cherry pie with frozen cherries. Easy and simple to prepare! It turns out very tasty, lush and tender. It has a lot of juicy and aromatic cherry filling. Such a cake can be baked at any time of the year, with frozen or fresh cherries.

Ingredients:

  • frozen cherries 400-500 g
  • starch 1 tbsp. l.
  • eggs 4 pieces.
  • a pinch of salt
  • 200 g sugar
  • soft butter 200 g
  • vanilla sugar 1 tsp.
  • 250 g flour
  • baking powder 1 tsp.
  • sugar for sprinkling on top 3-4 tbsp. l.
  • powdered sugar for decoration

Preparation:

I cover the cherry with starch and mix well.

I beat the eggs with salt with a mixer, gradually adding sugar and beating to a fluffy white mass. I add soft butter and mix until smooth. I pour in vanilla sugar, flour and baking powder, mix with a mixer until the dough is smooth.

I put all the dough into a silicone mold with a diameter of 24 cm, spread cherries on top, sprinkle with sugar. I bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

I decorate the cake with powdered sugar and enjoy!
