I cook classic cottage cheese with cheese. A recipe for simple yeast dough and a delicious filling for oven-baked cookies. Cheese cottage cheese is a fragrant and tasty homemade pastry.
Ingredients:
Dough:
- Flour - 550 g + 50 g
- Warm milk - 250 ml
- Dry yeast - 7 g
- Sugar - 4 tbsp. l.
- Egg - 1 pcs.
- Butter - 90 g
- Salt - 2/3 tsp.
Toppings:
- Cheese - 400 g
- Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt is a pinch
- Egg - 1 pcs.
- Sour cream - 2 Art. l
- Vanilla sugar - 2 tsp.
- Starch (preferably corn) - 1 tbsp. l.
Preparation:
Dough:
I mix warm milk with yeast, add sugar, egg, melted butter, salt and mix.
I pour the flour in parts and knead the dough. I cover with a film for lifting 2-3 times.
I make a sausage from the dough and cut it into pieces, form balls, cover with a film for 20 minutes. I put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment and flatten them a little with my hands, making cakes. I cover again with a film for 20 minutes.
Toppings:
I add sugar, salt, egg, sour cream to the cheese and mix.
I add starch, if desired, vanilla sugar, mix.
I use a glass to make indentations in the cakes for the filling.
I spread the filling, cover with a film for 20 minutes.
Brush with egg, bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
