Ingredients
- 300 g of peas
- 1 liter of broth
- 0,5 hours. L. soda
- 3 liters of water
- 300 g of smoked ribs
- 1 bulb
- 1 carrot
- 400 g potatoes
- smoked paprika
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Cover the peas with water for 12 hours. Wash, cover with water and add soda and cook for 1 hour to grind well. After that, cut the smoked ribs, peel and cut the potatoes and put them with the peas.
Fry the carrots and onions in a pan and also add to the pot with the peas. cook until the potatoes are cooked over moderate heat. Salt, pepper and add spices. Potatoes should be boiled well, almost in puree. Serve with sour cream and crackers. Bon appetit!
