Ingredients
You need to prepare the following:
- chicken liver - 1 kg;
- onion - 3 pcs.;
- oil - 3 tablespoons;
- milk - 0,5 l;
- cream - 20%;
- oil - 100 g;
- salt pepper.
How to cook
Preparation should begin with processing the liver. Rinse it with cold water, remove all possible veins. Pour milk and let it stand for 1 hour.
Cut the onion and fry it in a mixture of oil and butter (take a third of the amount given in the recipe). It should become soft.
After soaking, the liver should be washed. Add it to the fried onions. Cook over low heat for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then you need to reduce the heat and pour in the cream. They should cover the products. Next, they should be evaporated to half of the volume. When this is done, then you can add salt and pepper. At this point, the preparation of the liver is ready. Let it cool.
When the mass is already normal, you need to grind it in a blender together with the remaining butter.
