The new US aid package: what it included

The package includes additional ammunition for HIMARS and artillery, missiles for Stinger, drones, anti-personnel mines, anti-tank weapons and other weapons.

The Pentagon has published a complete list of weapons included in the new aid package. In it:

• • missiles with optical tracking and wire guidance (TOW);

 

• • Javelin and AT-4 anti-tank complexes;

 

• • firearms and ammunition;

 

• • blasting equipment;

 

• • equipment for the protection of critical infrastructure;

 

• • spare parts, auxiliary equipment, services, training, transport.

 

The country's defense department indicated that the US has already allocated more than 62 billion. dollars for security assistance to Ukraine since the beginning of Joe Biden's presidency, in particular, approximately 61,4 billion. dollars from the beginning of the Russian invasion on February 24, 2022.
