One of the reasons we can wake up at three o'clock in the morning is anxiety and stress. As a rule, this is observed in people who are always under tension.
Cortisol and melatonin are actively secreted in the body from the third to the fourth hour. In such people, the level of stress hormones is already high, and they can wake up due to the additional "injection".
Physical discomfort
