Making Italian Apricot Pie, the easiest recipe I know! Very tasty and juicy, the whole family always asks to cook it for the weekend!
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 8 g of vanilla sugar
- 100 ml. oil
- 120 ml. natural yogurt
- 180 g flour
- 10 g of baking powder
- apricots
- apricot jam
- powdered powder
Preparation:
I mix eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, oil and yogurt with a whisk.
I add flour and baking powder, knead a homogeneous dough.
Form with a diameter of 26 cm. I grease with butter and pour all the dough. I spread thin pieces of apricots on top.
I also lay out the apricot jam in a chaotic order. I bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
I decorate the finished cake with powdered sugar, delicious!
