In Germany, a truck caused a large-scale accident, as a result of which 26 people were injured. The incident happened on one of the highways. According to preliminary data, the driver of the vehicle was moving at a high speed, due to which he rammed several dozen cars.
The accident ended only after the truck ended up in the oncoming lane and collided with other vehicles. About 50 cars were damaged in total, Stopkor informs.
Law enforcement officers and rescuers are working at the scene. The injured were hospitalized in the nearest hospitals. The police are investigating the circumstances and causes of this large-scale accident.
