The head of France plans to visit Warsaw
The French leader is scheduled to meet with Prime Minister Donald Tusk and President Andrzej Duda.
French President Emmanuel Macron is planning a visit to Warsaw, which is associated with negotiations between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi and US President-elect Donald Trump. This was reported by PAP on Monday, December 9.
The French leader is scheduled to meet with Prime Minister Donald Tusk and President Andrzej Duda.
Unofficial government and presidential sources said Macron will arrive in Poland this Thursday, December 12.
While Gazeta Wyborcza informs that Macron will come to Warsaw to discuss with Tusk and Duda the negotiations between Trump and Zelensky, which took place in Paris last Saturday.
Paris was also one of the first places visited by Donald Tusk as the newly appointed Prime Minister. During a joint conference with Macron at the Elysee Palace in February of this year, he spoke about "reviving Poland's relations with the most important European partners."
