National Bank of Ukraine set the official exchange rate of the dollar to the hryvnia for Thursday, December 19, at the level of UAH 41,90/dollar, which means a decrease of the hryvnia by 7 kopecks compared to the previous day. This is the third day in a row that the dollar has reached an all-time high.
The official exchange rate of the euro also increased, reaching UAH 43,96/euro, which is 5 kopecks more.
At the interbank until 17:00, the exchange rate of the hryvnia to the dollar was 41,94/41,96 hryvnias/dollar, and to the euro — 44,00/44,01 hryvnias/euro. In the exchange offices of Kyiv, the dollar rate was at the level of UAH 42,00/dollar, and the cash euro was at UAH 44,35/euro.
At PrivatBank, the dollar rate rose to UAH 42,10, while the euro remained stable at UAH 44,35.
