Borscht and donuts are simply a holy combination in Ukrainian cooking. If you also can't imagine one without the other, then you definitely need this recipe.
Ingredients
The following products are needed for cooking:
- milk - 250 ml;
- yeast - 7 g;
- salt - 1 teaspoon;
- flour - 470-500 g;
- oil - 2 tablespoons;
- egg - 1 pcs.

- garlic - 1 cloves;
- fresh greens
How to cook
Heat the milk. Add salt and yeast to it, as well as an egg and sifted flour. Now you can knead a soft dough. Pour a little oil over it, cover it with a clean towel and put it in a warm place. The dough should stand for an hour.
The finished dough must be divided into parts that will be future buns. Mold each one into a ball. Put a small piece of butter in the middle and stick the ball.
Put the buns in a baking dish, cover with a film and let stand for another 30 minutes. It remains to put in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Finished buns should be greased with melted butter with herbs and garlic. Bon appetit!
