In Moscow, Mykhailo Shatskyi, the deputy general designer of the "Mars" KB and the head of the software department, was liquidated. He was responsible for upgrading the X-59 missiles to the X-69 version, which are used for attacks on Ukraine.

Russian journalist Oleksandr Nevzorov was the first to report Shatskyi's death. According to his information, the operation was carried out by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
"Today, the forces of the GUR in Moscow eliminated a particularly harmful criminal, the deputy general designer, the head of the software department of the KB "Mars" Mykhailo Shatskyi", - said Nevzorov in his Telegram channel.
He also emphasized that Shatsky was engaged in the modernization of X-59 missiles to X-69, introduced new drones and was involved in the deaths of thousands of innocent Ukrainians.
This information was confirmed by RBC-Ukraine sources in the Defense Forces of Ukraine, who also noted that it was a GUR operation.
