Every weekend my family asks for this amazingly delicious salad! And I always cook it, it turns out so tasty and filling! A recipe for a light salad with green peas and eggs.

Ingredients:

  • Canned green peas - 240 g
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Hard cheese - 120 g
  • Dill, parsley - 1 bunch
  • Salt - 0,5 tsp. l. (optional)
  • Ground pepper - 0,5 tsp. l.
  • Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l. (or yogurt + mustard)

Onion marinade:

  • Hot water - 120-150 ml
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Salt - 0,5 tsp.
  • Vinegar - 2 tbsp. l.

I cut the onion into small pieces, pour boiling water over it, add vinegar, salt and sugar. Marinate for 1-2 hours.

I cut boiled eggs into cubes, put them in a deep bowl, pour in green peas.
